Returns Policy 

  1. We do not accept product returns except for production error or wrong delivery of items.
  2. For production errors, please kindly take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We do not accept product returns otherwise.
  3. For valid returns, we will give you an exchange according to availability or refund you.
  4. For damage during transit, or loss of items during shipping, please contact your local shipping agent or post office for insurance claim.
  5. All packages sent will be declared according to its real value
